We looked at the data on how competitors were performing in order to set the context on what should and should not be top leadership priorities. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Our customized solution involved stakeholder interviews, assessments, executive debriefs, and a strategic planning meeting that resulted in the implementation of a 12 step proprietary process that enforced better work-life balance without sacrificing productivity and performance.
