We looked at the data on how competitors were performing in order to set the context on what should and should not be top leadership priorities. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Our customized solution involved stakeholder interviews, assessments,  and a strategic planning meeting that resulted in the implementation of a 12 step proprietary process that enforced better work-life balance without sacrificing productivity and performance.

Result

With the help of Big Data and advanced analytics, our firm was instrumental in rewiring organizational culture. Our tools and proprietary processes enforced improved work-life balance, while subtle changes to their recruitment strategy proved to be 46% more effective in attracting women, people of color, LGBTQ, and disabled communities, leading to a more inclusive workculture that people felt they were an intergral part of.


As a result of this initiative, within a twelve-month period our client increased employee productivity and morale ​​​​​​​by over 300% and decreased turnover from 20% to 12%
